Our first circle has been in the works for ten years with significant strides over the last year to connect Asheville, Knoxville, and Morganton through The Real Estate InvestHER chapters, Women in Trades, and a variety of events and programming. We’ve heard firsthand women need, want, and have and are proud of the circle we have built. Now, we’re on a mission to launch 99 more circles like ours, sharing everything we’ve learned—the good, the bad, and the ugly—to help you grow your circle faster and stronger.

Build your legacy

Our circle leaders have their sights set on big dreams and big goals, and they see the opportunity to be a trusted circle leader in their community and our Mad Genius community-at-large as a way to help them reach their big vision. At the same time, they are heart- and community-led, knowing that in order to build their own legacy, they must make an impact on others.

Ongoing weekly support

Circle leaders will receive a Mad Genius Planner to help guide their first year with systems to help you execute events, get sponsors, start and lead women’s groups, and other resources. Weekly posts in our private Facebook group will feature tips, tricks, and homework to help grow and strengthen their circle, and every month, we will have video calls for all circle leaders.

Implement the 5 “I”s of the entire entrepreneur System

Part of the work we will do together will cover the 5 Is of the Entire Entrepreneur System: Impact, Integrity, Interests, Intimacy, and Income. These Is will be applied to your life and business as well as to your ecosystem overall.

Being a circle leader means unlimited support from us. Our founder, Shawndra Russell, has been a serial entrepreneur for 20 years and has interviewed more than 1,000 entrepreneurs. She’s seen it all and will hash it all out with you, business therapy style.

Circle leaders will hold their position for 1 year, with first option to continue every year or pass the torch to another woman in your community and must be located at least 75 miles outside of Asheville, North Carolina which is the center of #Circle1.

We are launching our first VIP Cohort for up to 8 Circle Leaders starting March 1!

We will start building your Circle immediately together with weekly live trainings and challenges for the first 8 weeks that will help rocket fuel your personal and professional 2025 and beyond goals while helping the women in your Circle do the same. Then, we will shift to a monthly group meeting, monthly 1-on-1 call, and weekly challenges. Are you ready to start the next chapter of your life and build substantial wealth that you can use to do more good in your community and the world?
